I was getting better, hadn't cried once today, then I come home and read your post, and now I'm a crying.
Anyway, you're right it wasn't a perfect finale, but with the exception of the 7 years married thing, the Clois that was presented was absolutely perfect. I could watch these two read the phone book and I would probably still gush over these actors and their chemistry. I felt like the writers put a lot of thought into this relations ship in the finale. The vows carried a lot of weight. Such simple words, but really rang true to this couple and what they mean to each other. One of Clark's deepest fears was to end up alone, and by putting that in his vows meant something. And for Lois, being dragged around the world, never having a home, to find it in Clark was right too.
Okay, I'm rambling. Thank you again for all your stories and I was excited to read you are thinking about a book of your own. You can do it and to quote Lois - "I believe in you." Take care and hopefully you have a few more Smallville stories in you.
