I could be wrong, but I never saw Lois's moment of worry as 'Oh God he's not here what do I do'. Clark had told her that he'd see her at the chapel and that was enough to make Lois 100% certain that he would be there.
I took her worry more as a freakout over the fact that all those people were gathered there for HER wedding. To me it was more like 'OMG my life is about to change forever. After this moment I'll be a married woman'.
